Reflection
Write a description of the animation you create and what it means to you. Create a list to describe how you fulfilled each of the requirements listed above. Indicate the name of the layer in which each requirement is fulfilled and the frame number where the requirement first appears. If the layer is in a folder, use this format: Folder-Identity/Layer-Identity.
Example:
1. Button 1: Folder-Buttons/Layer-Replay, Frame 168. This is a button that fades up near the end of the animation and allows the user to start the animation over again.
1. Button 2: Folder-Buttons/Layer-WebsiteBtn, Frame 168.
This is a button that fades up near the end of the animation and allows the user to visit a web site about our solar system.
..
5. Tween 1: Folder-Buttons/Layer-Replay, Frame 168. This button uses an alpha setting to fade in using a motion tween.

Flash 1 - Animated USC logo
Below is a simplified procedure that contains the requirements for this activity. Other requirements will be included during the presentation of how to complete this assignment.
- Import the USC Aiken logo into Flash.
- Put a copy of the logo in a new layer. (Name layers in a meaningful way. Lock the layer with the original image so that you may use it for alignment.)
- Break apart the image.
- Select the palm tree and "South Carolina" and put them in separate layers. Clean up each portion as best as you can. Convert these items to symbols for manipulation.
- Add the following text: "University of," "®," and either "Aiken" or "Columbia." Do your best to match the text to the original logo.
- Break apart text and Distribute to layers.
- Insert and name layer folders to organize the text layers. Put UNIVERSITY OF in one folder and your home campus city in another folder.
- Add a line that matches the size and color of the one in the original logo.
- Animate each layer. You must use the following techniques at least once:
- Publish final product. You will submit three files to the instructor: NameF1Logo.fla, NameF1Logo.html, NameF1Logo.swf.
Other considerations for your final submission.
- Clear superfluous frames and layers.
- Ensure that all layers end at the same frame on the timeline.
- You might have to delete the original layer right before publishing.
- Make sure that you have a smooth, professional-looking animation.
